This is a very strange problem. Sounds like either your graphical card or your monitor does not conform to general standards. Otherwise I have no idea what may be happening here and I think you may have better luck asking elsewhere. We on the installer team have no experience with your issue and I feel is also a bit outside our responsibility. Sorry we can't help.
