I just discovered quisk - afaict the only SDR application in Debian that can transmit and not just receive. Unfortunately, it's not built with soapysdr support which my LimeSDR would require. Afaict all it takes is build-depending on libsoapysdr-dev and calling "make soapy3" at build time. Please consider enabling that. Also, how about moving quisk to the debian-hamradio-team on salsa?
