Dear Maintainer, I have reopened this bug as long as it is not fxed in debian stable.
Please, push the provided patch to squid-4.6 in buster. Hopefully, next security update (fixing CVE-2020-8517, CVE-2020-8450, CVE-2020-8449 and CVE-2020-8449) will be done soon so we sould have fixed version in debian. The current version 4.6-1+deb10u1 crashes too often (multiple times a day) on some systems.
