A pointer to https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/evolution would seem more appropriate (and helpful: it's *really* non-obvious how to find package pages on gitlab!), and the sample bug link should probably be something like https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/evolution/issues/772.
