block 294959 with 359176 thanks These bugs are now largely fixed in nfs-common, but I discovered that the real fixes need to be done in initscripts (#359176). So, this bug is in a sense fixed, but blocked by 359176; I'll let it be as-is for the moment, and close it when initscripts is OK and the whole integration is properly tested.
