There have been a number of changes made recently to the handling of .apk files and I believe this issue may have been resolved now. Could you perhaps recheck and, if the issue persists, attach the files in question? The links you previously provided 404 for me now. I have a rough plan to close these APK tickets and bugs soon as I think they do not have an obvious "next action" without updated testcases and are thus actually a little unhelpful in working out what to do next in the most effective fashion.
