Yes, that is what i mean. Sorry my english isn't the best ;-)

I send a fax from a client with sendfax to the hylafax server on a
seperate PC. This results in the error above. If i add Use2D: no in the
/etc/hylafax/config on the server (it is described in the hylafax Docu
-> Troubleshouting) then the clients could sent proper faxes with
sendfax. Only on the server itself, when i send a fax with sendfax from
an server terminal i have only this headline on the outgoing fax.

Only the solution in b) with psrip (and without use of Use2D:no) has the
effect, that from clients *and* from the server itself could be sent
proper faxes. Strange, uh!

No. It is in the /etc/hylafax/setup.cache:
IMPRIP='/usr/lib/print/psrip'
We only changed this to:
IMPRIP='/usr/bin/psrip'
for the correct path.

A friend from german debian list found this. First i don't believe that
only *installing* this program has any effect on our problem. The
description of psrip doesn't sound to be any helpfully. And grepping
over the hylafax scripts/programms shows that psrip isn't used anyway.

But: if i *remove* psrip, restart hylafax and send a fax then i got the
error with the headline. When i *reinstall* psrip, restart hylafax all
faxes a properly. I could reproduce that. Also the "solution" with Use2D
above. I look if i could make a session/client tracing with strace where
this psrip is involved.

Thanks, this bug descripes my also reported bug where correctly sent
faxes not been reomved from the sent queue.

The headline problem in this report *may* also be only a problem when
uses capi4hylafax. But a questions: the postscript files in docq are
allmost correct (with correct content). The error with only headline
must result when this ps file is convertet to a fax file before sending.
Does capi4hylafax have it's own procedure or is this not a process in
hylafax-server (ps2fax, *2fax)?

And a friend on german debian list reported that he went back to hylafax
version 4.2.0-16. With this version he has *not* the problem that sent
faxes get not removed from the queueu. But with this version he also
must use "Use2D: no" to sent a full content fax. So this is a hint, that
the problem comes not from hylafax-server.

Maybe it's better to move the bug report to capi4hylafax?

So i hope my notes in this mail are a little better for you ;-)
