Package: kernel-patch-bootsplash Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable
As seen below, the package description refers to a userland package that does not exist, hence making this code essentially useless. The repository mentioned as a workaround in previous bug reports is no longer active. This package needs to be added to the main Debian archine. Regards, Matt Description: Bootsplash enables a graphical boot screen (kernel-patch) The bootsplash patch enables a graphical boot screen similar to that of Windows.
