I've tested the patch and it works in a pbuilder chroot. Here's a pull request for it: https://github.com/p12tic/cppreference-doc_debian/pull/5 It would be great to get this fixed soon, the new seqan3 package build-deps on cppreference-doc and I'd like to see that migrate to testing.
