This is a no-change rebuild of nyancat which will add the missing
systemd unit to nyancat-server (#947292).
Apparently the arch:all binaries were built long ago with a broken
toolchain.
The (binary) debdiff for nyancat-server is
$ debdiff nyancat-server_1.5.1-1_all.deb
nyancat-server_1.5.1-1+build1~deb9u1_all.deb
