AIUI, the maintainer of structure-synth intentionally dropped armel and armhf so the old binaries should be removed to allow it to migrate to testing. Filing of an removal request like this was suggested in https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=911993#5. -- Juhani
