I installed roundcube-core 1.4.2 with libjs-bootstrap4:amd64 4.3.1+dfsg2-1 and libjs-popper.js 1.14.6+ds2-1, and noticed that the elastic theme was not behaving properly: pop-ups were not working (for example the list did not open when clicking on the priority and "sent folder" comboboxes on the compose page), and the lay-out looked "garbled" (for example the text pane on the compose page was not stretched out over the whole width of the page).
