Dear maintainers,
With a recent upload of bio-tradis the autopkgtest of bio-tradis fails
in testing when that autopkgtest is run with the binary packages of
bio-tradis from unstable. It passes when run with only packages from
testing. In tabular form:
pass fail
bio-tradis from testing 1.4.5+dfsg-1
all others from testing from testing
I copied some of the output at the bottom of this report.
Currently this regression is blocking the migration to testing [1]. Can
you please investigate the situation and fix it?
Additionally, looking at the failure mode in unstable, it seems some
package (samtools?) made your (test?) dependencies non-installable in
unstable. You probably need to fix that as well, or raise the issue with
the samtools maintainer.
