Thanks!  I need at least a Signed-off-by per CONTRIBUTING.rst.  Could
you write a manpage, please?  Otherwise, I think discoverability is just
a bit too low to be worth distributing in the archive.

Easiest thing would be if you'd commit your manpage and this script to
mailscripts.git and send a patch generated with git-format-patch(1).
You don't need to plumb it into the building/packaging machinery.
