Hi, thanks for the bug report! We won't be able to backport any non security related fixes to stable, but we might create a buster-backport of version 1.10, which is currently in testing. If its time critical and you don't want to wait until the package lands in buster-backports, you should be able to use scdoc from the testing distribution.
