Thank you for the MR. I decided not to accept it, as it happens. I'm not fond of a --quiet option for suppressing error messages. I did, however, remove the need for --verbose to see error messages. I must have been asleep when I added that code originally. vmdb2 still needs a lot of improvement in how it detects and reports errors, though. I leave it to gwolf to close this bug when updating the package in Debian. -- I want to build worthwhile things that might last. --joeyh
