Bug#946249: firefox 71 breaks most addons because of local storage errors

for now the only workaround is to download the binary firefox

https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/71.0/linux-x86_64/en-US/firefox-71.0.tar.bz2

and run it with

MOZ_ALLOW_DOWNGRADE=1 ./firefox -P default
