When using LINTIAN=yes, lintian runs inside the build environment. The output is redirected to lintian.txt which has to be copied out of the build environment for further processing. It used to work fine with Jessie but with Buster the lintian.txt is not copied. The issue is fixed by: https://github.com/mika/jenkins-debian- glue/commit/c79eb1581c52c5ba67123e955c44b61b3bfdb6b4 Which as been released upstream as 0.20.1.
