That bug was filed when Qt 5.12 was already available in experimental, and the first line of it says “Qt5 < 5.12 have a rather nasty bug […]”. The relevant upstream patch [1] was merged in v5.12.0-beta1 already. So I'm adjusting the metadata to show that it is fixed in 5.12. Hope it's better now. I don't want to close it because the fix in testing / 5.12 is not what the reporter wanted. So I would prefer to let it be closed by buster upload.
