Yup. In fact, 2.8-0.4 is ready and tested but as we missed today's push, it
will have to wait until tomorrow noon. 

These are all teething troubles I caused by pushing graphiv from 2.2.1 to 2.8
as one of my packages needed a library now supplied by graphviz.  And my
testing obviously didn't involve dot -- I am sorry for the cascade of bug
this has caused. 

Eventually we will have a working 2.8 package though :)
