That's only from testing. I still believe that unstable should not be
broken if it can be avoided at nearly zero cost. However, I see your
point now. I think disabling Python 2 should have been handled
differently (i.e., not disabling it in Boost before all the rev deps in
unstable wouldn't use it any more), but let's call it a day and avoid
uselessly escalating this. I will not re-enable Python 2 in boost1.67.
