Thanks for filing this! Strictly speaking, freeorion is a victim of the removal of Python 2 support from the Boost packages: https://bugs.debian.org/936227
So this is effectively a duplicate of https://bugs.debian.org/936557 but I think it’s useful to keep it open separately, especially given that the severities are different (this bug is grave).
