I just noticed beagle wasn't running anymore. For some reason, what I assume was a symlink in /usr/lib/libglibsharpglue.so -> /usr/lib/mono/gtk-sharp-2.0/libglibsharpglue-2.so was missing. I recreated the link and now everything is working fine. I'm filing this report in case other people see the same problem. I'm not sure what created in the first place.
