No, the dbus maintainer said that systemd --user is not supposed to be D-Bus activated. The systemd --user instance is supposed to be started via libpam-systemd. Please make sure to install and enable that package. -- Why is it that all of the instruments seeking intelligent life in the universe are pointed away from Earth?
