Package: debcargo
Version: 2.4.0-1

I updated buffered-reader from 0.11.0 to 0.12.0

upstream changed their licensing in Cargo.toml from:

   license = "GPL-3.0"

to

   license = "GPL-2.0-or-later"

The result is that debcargo seems to think that there's a license named
"-later" and a license named "GPL-2.0-"

I'm translating this by hand to "GPL-2+" in debian/copyright, but it'd
be nice if debcargo was clever enough to deal with this correctly.

The stanza i'm using for "GPL-2+" is:

License: GPL-2+
 This program can be redistributed under the GNU General Public
 License version 2 or (at your option) any later version.
 .
 Debian systems provide the GPL v2 in /usr/share/common-licenses/GPL-2

Thanks for maintaining debcargo!
