I have set up a kmymoney file with checking and cash accounts and
entered several transactions. When I enter a transaction into a
subaccount of an account (for example "Food:Dining Out"), the total
expenses for the superaccount ("Food") still shows "$0.00" in the
"Accounts" view.
If I create and "Income and Expenses This Month" report, it does show
the cumulative expenses for the "Food" superaccount, so kmymoney does
seem to be capable of calculating this information, just not
displaying it in the "Accounts" view.
