The missing dependency is lsp-plugins-lv2 . Steve Passert has just
packaged pulseeffects and lsp-plugins-lv2 for MX-19 Testing repo. I have
PulseEffects working completely in Unstable by just installing the Sid
pulseeffects package and adding the MX-19 lsp-plugins-lv2 package. The
MX-19 lsp-plugins-lv2 package should be trivial to repackage. I'd
attempt it myself but have no experience in packaging.
