This one is also a bug of autopkgtest, it runs the rust-lscolors autopkgtest from version 0.5.0-2 with many packages unrelated to glibc fetch from unstable instead of testing, and especially librust-lscolors-dev version 0.6.0-1. To be able to have conclusive autopkgtests, the only packages that should be fetched from unstable should be the glibc related ones. This is basically the same issue as for postgresql regressions, where postgresql is fetched from unstable (thus in version 12) and not from testing.
