With source-only uploads the new norm, not all packages may have a chance to experience such an FTBFS. :) If it helps Thomas, we could perhaps generate a classification tag for cdbs. Together with the existing tag for the compat level, Thomas could figure out from UDD which packages in the archive, if any, managed to build with the troublesome combination.
