There seems to be an issue with debci, both postgis & pgsql-ogr-fdw are marked as a regression in the excuses, but when looking at debci itself for both testing and unstable the tests are passing.
The previous failure was when postgres-12 was the new default, but the package hadn't been rebuilt with it yet. Can britney or its debci integration be fixed, or do we need to drop the autopkgtests to prevent issues like this in the future?
