Since Thunderbird 68 has been uploaded to unstable, the current version of enigmail in unstable is no longer installable. Thus bumping the severity to RC. At this point, enigmail 2.1 should probably be ploaded directly to unstable and not experimental. Retitling the bug report accordingly.
