Since libglib2.0-0 2.0.0 was never uploaded to unstable, and since this is would only expose a bug, and not a binary incompatibility, this doesn't warrant bumping the libglib shlibs (binary level declaration). I'll leave to the Gtk maintainer to decide whether he wants to support systems with an alien libglib2.0-0 2.0.0 by adding a stricter Depends, but that's not absolutely required.
