True, thanks for reporting. TBH I don't understand what Arch guys are doing there. The source you mention is good but it's also not containing all servers. I.e. I can also take the urls from https://www.archlinux.de/mirrors/datatables (current solution) and rewrite https to http but the result is not a strict subset of https://www.archlinux.org/mirrorlist/all/http . Apparently incomplete data in different databases there. For now, I will just merge both sources and hope that this will stay usable for a while.
