I tried building libopentoken with a version of 3.0b-2+pb1 here, and got this
from pbuilder:

gnatgcc: 3.0b-2+pb1: No such file or directory
gnatgcc: 3.0b-2+pb1: No such file or directory
make: *** [build-stamp] Error 1
As the subject says, this will cause any attempt to schedule a binNMU of
the package on the buildd's to FTBFS.
