Hello, using the latest versions in sid, when qemu executes an old Win client, qemu creates automatically smb.conf in a temporary directory and protocol negotiation fails.
To hack it start qemu and then, before starting to share the samba resources, edit the temporary smb.conf file adding this line in [global] section: server min protocol=CORE after it sharing samba resources will be successful. One package must be fixed to solve this problem, may be samba or qemu ? Thanks, Jordi Pujol
