Hi, My system got upgraded to 3.34 and I am experiencing this same issue. Not sure why you didn't get any reply from developers as this issue is very annoying, not to mention almost impossible to debug since as you noticed some of these shortcuts don't appear in configuration windows.
Can you please provide with dconf paths you used to disable this? Thanks!
