Package: gdb Version: 8.3.1-1 Severity: wishlist Dear Maintainer,
Gdb has supporting linking with GNU source-highlight since version 8.3 (released on May 11th). GNU source-highlight is already included in Debian (libsource-highlight4v5 and libsource-highlight-dev), so it shouldn't be too hard to link against source-highlight in the Debian package of gdb. Linking with source-highlight provides syntax highlighting in gdb's TUI. Thanks, Asher -- Steal this tagline.
