python-msrest in testing build-depends on the python-httpretty binary package, which is no longer built by the python-httpretty source package, and has been completely removed from testing/unstable. Furthermore the python-msrest binary package indirectly depends on at least one cruft package ( python-oauthlib via python-requests-oauthlib ). These issues are fixed in unstable's version by dropping the python-msrest binary package and it's associated build-dependencies, but unfortunately unstable's version is not migrating due to an unrelated bug.
