libp8-platform-dev gained a dependency on g++ to facilitate the GCC5
transition. Unfortunately, this dependency now breaks cross compilation.
We'd like to use translated tools (aka g++-for-host) here, but work is
not finished in unstable yet. Given that the transition is long over, I
suggest simply dropping the dependency. Please consider applying the
attached patch.
