Mauro,
what do you what to do here (i'm uncertain what to do):

* there is a possible py3k port, https://github.com/dzen/pyosd but i'm
unsure about its quality and/or if it works at all
* the popcon of this package is rather low, no reverse dependencies,
so we can just remove it as obsolete.

if i dont hear back in a week, i'll just probably go ahead and ask for
its removal from Debian.
