The mk-prebuilt-images.sh is currently missing git-lfs, which is needed when the runner handles repositories using git lfs. I have confirmed all that is required to fix it is to include git-lfs in the cdebootstrap command. Side note: I believe compressing the rootfs does not add anything in the end because docker uses its own magic internally. This only applies to the first tarball created, currently called stable.tar.xz. Could speed up the image building by quite a bit by making it just stable.tar (and updating the ADD in Dockerfile).
