Hi Frank, I'm not the maintainer, but I've had the same problem with x2go in 10.1 (see bug #940103). As a workaround you can downgrade the nx-libs packages (libnx-x11-6, libxcomp3, libxcompshad3, nx-x11-common, nxagent, nxproxy) to the earlier version (you can grab them from snapshot.debian.org if necessary).
