Seems no more possible easily:

there in the meanwhile redirects to
https://help.github.com/en/articles/finding-open-source-projects-on-github#open-source-projects-with-mirrors-on-github
which basically (nowadays) says you should use a post-receive hook in
the mirrored repository. :-(
