I don't know, but that's kinda my point. :) Moreover, you yourself
concede that a solution needs to be agreed upon first and as already-
admitted I have such a poor grasp on this issue that means there is no
"next action" from the Lintian maintainers point of view... hence the
use of the "moreinfo" tag.
(We consider this more of a "currently not actionable" marker so we
can quickly find reports that can be worked on immediately.)
