Hello,

Actually, it is not really a bug ;)

The problem is that you set the same rank for all movies (the field next to
collection). And the one considered by GCfilms as the master is the one with
the lowest rank. You may find more information about this here:

http://home.gna.org/gcfilms/doc.filters#series

When you change one movie in one of your series, the application considers it
to be the master (as its rank is the lowest it could find in the serie), so
all the other movies are updated.

To do what you'd want to, you would have to create some masters that are not
movies. It would be an empty movie with *Movie* or *Documentary* as its name.
Then you could drag and drop other movies from the list on this one. It will
automatically set the collection and the rank. It may also be done manually.

But you won't be able to export them separately. A feature could be added for
that, but I'd prefer to do it in GCstar (when I will find time to work on
it...).

Another way is to use the Genre information. Then you will be able to use
Search to select only one genre to be displayed. When exporting, you will have
an option to export only the displayed movies. But this solution implies you
will have to replace a genre with this information for movie that have already
3 of them.

I hope I was clear for everything.

Tian.
