Due to some upstreams using Subversion to version and release their code [1], I propose supporting 'mode=svn' just as 'mode=git' is supported in uscan. I have submitted a MR [2] with the implementation of 'mode=svn', both version-based and versionless submodes, just as in 'mode=git'. Comments are welcome.
