After upgrade from Debian Stretch (FreeTDS 0.91) to Debian Buster (FreeTDS 1.00.104), FreeTDS 0.91 worked fine all chars were ok, but 1.00.104 causes weird chars show in results: FreeTDS 0.91: Rymanów FreeTDS 1.00.104: Ryman�w Database encoding is CP1250.
