Version: 1.00.104-1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

After upgrade from Debian Stretch (FreeTDS 0.91) to Debian Buster (FreeTDS
1.00.104), FreeTDS 0.91 worked fine all chars were ok, but 1.00.104 causes
weird chars show in results:
FreeTDS 0.91:
Rymanów
FreeTDS 1.00.104:
Rymanw

Database encoding is CP1250.

This bug is described in details here:
https://github.com/FreeTDS/freetds/issues/260

version 1.1.6 (testing) is also affected with this bug.
