Hello Daniel,

while I think it would be nice if blhc could detect local helper
tools I'm not sure how to accomplish this.

In theory, it could track which programs are distributed but this
will be quite complicated and might hide bugs where object files
are (re)used in binaries which are then shipped. Suggestions are
welcome of course.
