I also ran into this problem and found it to be related to the NoScript
extension blocking scripts from googletagmanager.com. For most sites,
blocking scripts from googletagmanager.com is not a problem, but with
these ASUS Helpdesk pages it leads to the following error in the Web
Console. Use Ctrl+Shift+K to open the console, then select a value from
the drop-down box on the ASUS page:

TypeError: window.ga is not a function
    Supportpd.js:1028:33
    success/<
    https://www.asus.com/js/Supportpd.js:1028:33
    dispatch
    https://www.asus.com/js/Jquery-1.12.4.min.js:3:12392
    add/r.handle
    https://www.asus.com/js/Jquery-1.12.4.min.js:3:9156
    receiveMessage
    resource://gre/modules/SelectContentHelper.jsm:293:13

After allowing scripts from asus.com and googletagmanager.com,
selecting a value in the drop-down box resulted in a result set again.
I can reliably reproduce the issue by blocking googletagmanager.com
again.

Hope this helps, please let us know!

Thanks,
Peter Nowee
