Dear Maintainer,
otr plugin works not well with modern android clients (pixart, conversations)
and pidgin(pc). looks like psi-plus does not catch key exchange message,
instead of starting otr session psi-plus displays key exchange in chat window.
as much as i tested this problem is somehow related to debian. other distros
works well.
